I have to say, Yes! Reading some of the stories on here scared me....from losing my hair to spending the rest of my life in sleeve misery. It has to be the most frustrating side effect of the surgery for me. All the biotin, vitamins, shampoos or protein didnt stop mine from falling out :/ I am at 6 months out and from what I read around here it lasts from month 3 through the first year.... -
I am 5 months out and have serious "fat brain" syndrome as well.... I am not the shopper I used to be, no more eyeballing anything anymore. I will need a second job when I get my groove back! Ha ha

↑↑↑ Exactly. I didn't even go grocery shopping the first week, even the second I didn't go alone. If you make it through the shower, the first week that is a feat in itself. Very good point. Plus the weight really has nothing to do with it. Anyone could have plowed their girlfriends head through a wall at any weight. These things happen! LOL Where does a girl sign up? So heads banging into walls, headboards, rear windows of cars, or doors at your local department store dressing room is not normal?

The day that it is completely acceptable to overindulge in food and create and upkeep traditions, it is now so different for us now. I, personally am strategically planning my 5 bites to fulllness and thinking for memory sake, it may be necessary to dance on the table
