I started out at 460 lbs four years ago. I lost 210 pounds counting calories. about a year ago I put 60 lbs back on. my dr decided that gastric surgery would be a option for me. When I entered the program I weighed 310 lbs. My preop weight was 266 lbs. My 8 week weight after surgery is 235.
