On September 20th, 2013, I made my decision that I was going to have surgery in Tijuana, MX with www.alighterme.com. Now, I am just waiting for my trip. My surgery will be held on November 7th, 2013 and I will arrive back to Illinois on November 11th, 2013.

I have been "big" since I was around 10 years old. My freshman and sophomore years in high school, I was wearing a size 14 pants....but by college, I was in a 20-22. I have tried EVERY diet and exercise plan available the past 10 years with no success. I feel like getting medical help and having the sleeve will finally allow me to achieve my goals! In March of 2009, I had my one and only child, Mya. She is 4 1/2 at the present time!

[b][u]Goals[/u][/b]
*Buy a bike and ride bikes often with Mya.
*Go hiking without being tired or dreaming about a crane lifting me back to the starting point.
*Wear a swimsuit at a water park or amusement park without feeling disgusting.
*Lose weight so my legs don't rub together causing sores.
*Shop in a "regular" size clothing store.
*Be physically in shape to Zumba dance.
*Meet the weight requirements to be able to Zipline.
*Jump on the trampoline for at least a half hour with Mya without feeling like I can't breathe.

*Weigh 200 OR less by Janaury 7th, 2014. (61 days post-op)
*Weigh 180 by February 14th, 2014 (99 days post-op)
*Weigh 160 by June 7th, 2014. (212 days post-op)
