Hi everyone I hade my sleeve on the 9/16 I didn't have much pain to speak of but now I notice its like I've been kicked in the stomach , I was wondering if maybe my stomach is starting to " feel" again could it have been In a numb state maybe it's more annoying than anything ????

Wow m&m's I wouldn't even go there I'm to afraid to cause a leak this early in the game but you do you lol ... I'm always hungry buying try to drink when I get that feeling and it kind of passes I crave real food but I'm only 11 days out and if this is the small price I have to pay to get my healthily life then I gladly will pay ....

Question is anyone else feel muscle fatigue or aches . My shoulders , back, calves are starting to feel pain ??? I'm not up to my hydration levels but doing the best I can I'm still pretty tired most of the time any thought my sleeve comrades ???

Keep researching so your ready the time will fly by I was a self pay but I still waited 5 months until I was mentally and physically ready ... It will happen when the time is right

I figured that's prob it in drinking a protein shake right now lol

Don't stop cold ... As long as its not a time released type of pill u can cut or crush .. Try to take with a warm drink like tea that relaxes your tummy .. Cold water makes it spasm and shrink .... But dr. Knows best consult them good luck )

Surgery date 9/16/13 SW 261 lbs CW 247 lbs So far so good liquid diet first week , dr okayed soft foods today , my first meal lol about 3 table spoons of small curd cottage cheese omg yummy lol ... I feel rumbling in my stomach probably air ... I'm still tired , but gradually doing more ... Overall I'm content and looking forward to my new life .. Oh I live in Las Vegas any other sleeves out there ??? I like this forum it is really helpful ...

Don't be discouraged. The first week loss is not a good guide I'm not getting to excited until week 4 that should be more real , we have been thru major surgery folks let let our body heal then we can kick some ass lol

Does anyone have pain in their left shoulder still from the gas used to expand your tummy during surgery ?? It hurts I know walking is suppose to take care of it but it ain't working for me .. Dr told me today not to worry about it , so cool seeing these posts from people a year or more out , living normal lives , it seems so far away yet soooooo close ... I'm ready

Mine was 9/16/13 as well I too have not been in a hospital over night since my twins were born in 1987 lol I'm 1 week out today heading for my check up ... I know I'm not hydrating enough I feel very weak and my heart races when I exert myself ... My head hunger is very strong the isopure drinks and such are sooooo sweet ... I know I'm healing my stomach and I can do this part .. But it is tuff ...

Yes don't push it you just had major surgery , some people take a month before they are back on track . I had mine done on 9/16/13 I have up and down moments .. We have to remember we are not on the clock this is an .. At your pace ... Situation ... Listen to your body it will lead you ... Best of luck ...

My surgery was 9/16/13 I know what you mean and my head hunger is really getting on my nerves . Thank god this is temp , why are all the drinks so sweet argh ,,,,
