That's so great, good job and welcome to our club -
I was sitting around today thinking about this journey that we have or will embark on called weight loss .... I'm sorry that weight has caused us to have to undergo this type of self dare I say mutilation .... I'm sorry that this world has seen fit to make even medically healthy people just Over weight seek this surgery to be so called normal .... I'm sorry because that is me , 75% was due to possible future health issues but 25% is pure vanity and not wanting to turn 50 and be fat anymore ... I'm sorry that I didn't see the girl my husband has loved for 30 years when I look in the mirror , or the mother that my children adore .. I just say fat ... And I'm sorry .;(

Ya they fixed my hernia and my acid reflux seems gone I am still taking omeprazol until I see my pcp it's just an adjustment eating so little I'm lucky if I can get 600 cals a day with protein drinks included .. Water is so hard for me to get in no matter what I put in it , and all the supplements omg , I'm pre menopausal so that's also fun lol -

I'm 1 month post op today I don't regret the surgery I just feel sorry that society can just let us feel good about ourselves .. It use to be if you were Plump you were sexy ... I'm not really talking about the whole health problems , this is more about tired of being the largest person at the party or attest thinking you are ... Just a self reelection at this point ... But no regrets I'm on this side now and I'm gonna be the best me I can ... Thanks for the posts ya'all

Ok so is anyone else having issues with pill sizes now ? I just got back from the dr because I have a sinus infection ( lucky me) I explained to the dr that I recently had sleeve surgery and the meds need to be able to go down so I can't have a huge pill , she said oh no this will be fine .... Then I get to the pharmacy and bam it's huge thank god I had the pharmacist see if I could crush or cut the pill .... Wtf why don't they listen to us ?? Frustrated

So apparently I'm a hypocrite for getting weight loss surgery
Tbird49 replied to thehappycat's topic in The Gals' Room
That's not a friend they don't add any value to your life journey so cut them loose .... You made this decision stand by it with pride in knowing why YOU did it ... Move onward we all support you -

Ur lucky I would kill to be able to drink that much water I'm almost among out and the water part is still my hardest part ... -
That sounds like good advise thank you my friend

Ps u called my med staff they just said it had nothing to do with weight loss surgery it's prob a sinus issue wtf ... I've never had low bp with a sinus infection ... Ya know you choose a place to get surgery because they tell you all the great things they will be there to help you with after you get your surgery , then when you really need them they push you off I'm getting really pissed ... I'm no hypochondriac
