Hi, 5 days left for my GVS operation and i am on the Liver shrinking diet now .... smoking as well any idea about smoking effect on the operation ? so i have to stop smoking or it is fine any idea please

I am a 7 weeks Post-Op. i lost almost 59 lb in the first 4 weeks while i was on a liquid diet. starting week 5 i had the semi liquid diet and stopped loosing Wight since then. 3 weeks without losing a single lb, although i am not eating that much. my Breakfast is 30 gram cooked Beans and my dinner is 100 gram fish, zero sugar during the day. any advice???

Hi, i am 20 days Post-Op, i lost 18 lb before the operation and 22 lb in the next 16 days. i stopped loosing weight 5 days ago and don't know why !!! i am on liquid diet.. drinking 3 liter of Water per day and 1 soap and 1 "coffee with schemed milk" ... that is all any advice ??? totally depressed

Zero carbohydrate & Zero Sugar... that is all trust me, i lost 20 lb in 2 weeks eating protein and vegetables only, drinking 3 liter of water per day.

I am 2 weeks now post-op, feeling great thank god... i am loosing 2 lb daily, it is a bless and great feeling to go to the scale every day knowing already what you are about to see I am on a liquid diet for 1 month and then semi liquid for the second month. Hi All, it is 5 days already Post-Op ... and i lost 24 lbs already I am on a liquid diet for this month drinking 3 Liter of Water daily along with half liter juice. I am sleeping around 8-9 hours a day one shot any recommendation for Vitamin and Protein in the 1st month ?
