I KNOW I can always order anything on the menu and ask they bring a to go box at the beginning..... However I want to take advantage of my "I can order children's menu items " card.... So please share with me what restaurants have good children's menus. Like I know Joe's Crab Shack has a children's crab pot, but a lot of other restaurants have chicken fingers and hot dogs.... Can I please have your input as to what restaurants have children's menus that reflect the rest of their food?

Adam- im a nurse and im tellin you, you must take more time off- if you cant get it, you should postpone surgery till you can-- especially with having a steenuous on your feet job.... Often times anethesia can linger for over seven days- you're exhuasted, kinda weak bc youre only taking in clears..... My husband is a teacher and he was able to return after 2weeks.... I was off for four weeks.....Talk more with your doc but returning to a physically strrnuous job after 4 days is asking for complications..... Best to you;) -

Tonight i was feeling emotional about a few things and my stress was greatly exacerbated by the fact that the restuarant where my son works has lobster as the the special tonight, but i had already eaten by the time i found out (and was feeling sick from a mere 2.5 oz of chicken- still learning my limits)-- i was talking to my husband and just started laughing.... I have always loved surf and turf which always meant prime rib (perhaps the king cut) and lobster.... Now it has become part of a petite filet and one shrimp if im lucky....... Lol!!!!! Delirious from not having access to my typical drug of choice-food;)

DEELISH!!! I used part ground beef part spicey chicken sausage!!!!! and i love how the corners of wrapper stick up get browned a bit... Delcious crunchy treat!

A while ago, I saw on here something about protein chips and now I cannot find thread… have people tried them, what do you think? I know we shouldn't snack too much, but if they're not bad, it might be something good for me to take to work…. I work 13 hr days and often only have time for a bite here or there…. thoughts?

In the dairy section- near heavy cream- low fat cream is one of the options- i haf never used it before but it was like the consistancy fat free half and half
-
Omg... Soooo good... My husband loves this and he never gets excited about new food- then we realized- this soup is a "cousin to sausage dip"...an old favorite of ours-- lol... We also used spicey chicken sausage instead of turkey!
-
Not well versed in "creams".... Can i use fat free half and half instead?

As far as meeting quickly.... Here is the problem with that as i see it... When you meet people through other venues, you have a chance to develop a friendship a bit before dating- with online dating, when you meet, its often this mental state of "are we dating or not?!?!".... Thats a lot of pressure.... I dated quite a bit on line, and ultimately met my husband online... I dont think you have to wait weeks and weeks to meet (if that is what he wants, there is probably more he is not revealing)... But i don't think you have to jump into it either... different perspective- my two cents

As anybody else notices this since being sleeve.... So many smells make nausuas... Im constantly saying to my husband no matter where we go " what is that smell?!".... He iften does not notice... Lol... Might just be related to not fully eating "real food yet"

Ast night we had chicken for dinner... I portioned some out for myself and put the rest of my piece away... Then about three hours later, i thought i felt legitimate hunger. (Im just over 2 weeks out and through my preop up to now have learned a lot about real hunger v mental/ emotional hunger).... Anyways, i waited a few mins and was still hungry... So i carefully warm up and prepared a few bites .... And after just a couple of bites, i got super uncomfortably full.... Help - how do i know/ control these situations...... I'm terrified of stretching out my stomach and ruining everything..... And i seem to have this problem with protein- similar thing happen earlier in the day with tuna....
-
First and foremost- dont let yourself get beat down- you are a person of worth and value.... You have to enter these situations believing a man is lucky to be with you.... Nobody, man or woman is fun to be around when they have the eeyore syndrome;)...... Secondly, i dated online quite a bit but found eharmony to be pretty snobby- try match.com
