It's been a month today that I have been post op and I am very constipated not eating that much maybe only like about 1 meal a day drinking all my vitamins though. What to do right now I'm felling so bloated.

I bought stool softened yesterday and pooped a lil bit. But before that it had been about two weeks with no poop I'm just worried that the lil bit I eat where is it going?

I really need to know that I'm not the only one. I have been post up for 3 weeks now I have been feeling really tired sleepy and not wanting to do anything all day. I drink plenty of liquids not eating as much though. I don't feel weak just lazy. In the mornings I wake up with this headache and kinda nauseous. I asked-my Dr and he said it was normal. Has any one felt this what shall I do.

Hello I'm Wendi today I'm I week old from surgery and I have been having a solid food diet for ever now. I'm having trouble drinking the protein shakes and chicken broth. I really want to eat a banana or some veggie or fruit. I'm not suppose to eat anything but watery thing any advice here. I'm kinda hungry by now. -
Was making Chicken soup with veggies for all my kids and I as I was cutting veggies I compleat lay forgot about the surgery I ate a piece of carrot chewed on it and swallowed it that's when I realize OMG u started Getting really nervous walked around and drank some water. What to do is this ok I'm only a week and two days off surgery and now this.

Thanks every one I'm doing the most I can. I still can't drink those protein shakes ugggg but I'm drinking plenty of water and other liquids. -
