Hang in there. You are on your way to a new life.

It varies from person to person. I have had no pain or soreness at all and can sleep comfortably on my stomach at 1 week post op. Others have a little and dome have more. Just depends on your body. Hang in there.

Ditto for the Popsicles. They absolutely are a god sent. 15 calories and sugar free too. #winning

How much did you lose your first 2weeks?

I had my surgery 4 days ago and I was feeling exactly the same way on my surgery day. It is normal. This is the best gift u can give yourself. Just think of the weeks to come. How much better you will feel. Hang in there. It gets better.

I'm on day 4 post op. well considering I'm still on clear liquids, it may be okay.

Got sleeved Friday. Doing great. Nausea still a challenge but all Niall virtually pain free.
