  1. Wow, that's the most different regimine I've heard thus far! Thanks for sharing
  2. Thanks so much...they told me to follow the 2-2 yesterday but I wanted to hear the many differences since they changed it. I guess it boils down to a definite 2 or 3 week minimum for liquids (hunches) I'm just happy I'm not on 3-3 as that would ruin my vacation
  3. Well first of all...I pray your doing well and with minimal discomfort. Congratulations on hopping to the post side of this journey. I was sleeved 10/10/13 and my cravings are ridiculous...but the fact remains that if I actually ate what I craved I could only stomach a bite or two lol. But I still want this liquid misery to be over star! Be well!!
  4. Ok, because I'm totally feeling like my Nut is Nuts! Lol thanks for sharing
  5. I am so not looking forward to an additional 3 weeks of liquid. But you're almost there girlie...you got this!!!
  6. Hi fellow sleeves... I am 6 days post op and boy oh boy is this gas annoying. Surgery went well and healing is going well too. Anybody have any tips?
  7. I'm getting a special delivery of gas x today lol. I sure hope that helps a bit. The body is just trying to get back to normal so I expected a little craziness thanks so much!
  8. Thanks so much...I increased my Water intake as well. That seemed to help move it around
  9. Thanks a bunch...I have been walking like crazy but I haven't started stretching. I will give that a try. Does it ever get better?
  10. Thanks so much...my Hubba did pat my back last night and it felt much better.
  11. As some of you know...ya can't just tell everyone about this type of surgery because some are judgmental and/or discouraging. I told a handful of friends and a handful of family members to include my super supportive hubby. I would like to make acquaintance with folks that have been through the surgery and share our experiences. I am a really outgoing and supportive person...I'm sure we could help one another tremendously. When is/was your surgery date? How are you doing?
  12. Hi Akusah! Everything went great. Dr. Steinberg is amazing!! Very very little pain! I woke feeling a bit uncomfortable but that quickly subsided. The team at DeKalb medical in Georgia is awesome!
