Hi All, So I am 3 weeks post sleeve today. As of last night my right forearm is sore to the touch and swollen. My IV was in this hand and everything was normal until last night. I called my Dr. today and they said to apply heat/ice and if not better I should go to ER. Anyone else experience this? -
Everything I Eat Or Drink Hurts

I am 12 days post op and really haven't had any problems with liquids. As of yesterday everything I eat or drink hurts. My 2 week check up is Tuesday. I hope I can hang on until then. Anybody else have this problem? -

Hi All, I had my surgery on Tuesday. I have been home since Thursday. Got on the scale today and still no weight loss. I am hoping its from all the fluids in the hospital. I can't get down much protein at all . Trying to get as much as I can in fluids. This is so hard. Still very sore.

Well I made it through surgery..not a lot of pain,but very nauseted -
I am nervous and excited. I have been heavy my entire life. I can remember as far back as age 4 and having to shop at Sears in the Pretty Plus sizes for girls. Tomorrow will be the start of a new life for me. I would appreciate all your thoughts and prayers. My prayers are with all my fellow sleevers tomorrow.

mine was sent in on Sept 25th and didnt get an answer until Oct. 13th. I called everyday.

I should be getting my date for surgery today as soon as I pay my surgeon copay.. I have my preop appt on Wednesday. I have already begun the liquid diet...its not so bad

OMG I am approved.. it seems so surreal. It seems as if I have been waiting for this day forever. Spoke with Aetna and they said they called the surgeons office yesterday (sunday) why would they even attempt to call on a Sunday. I sent my drs office an email advising them.. Now I just need a date
