Unfortunately, I have been going through it and haven't even been approved for my surgery yet. I've been going through this weekend taco thing for the past few weekends. I am hoping to snap out of it this week when I get my vitamix and start making green smoothies again. I did well when I was making smoothies but gave my vitamix away and have been off track since then.

Why don't you like Cigna? I have Cigna and have had several employees get approval with no problems. I've gone through my 3 months supervised PCP visits and so far what they require isn't painful at all. -
I subscribed to the Sleeve site because I was torn between the Sleeve and RNY. Now I was denied access to the RNY FORUMS. I would prefer RNY so how can I now delete the registration for Sleeve?
