Admitting you need a slight unfill

Maybe you did need a fill just a smaller one then what you recieved? Maybe it wasn't a mistake to get the fill, maybe you just got a bit more than you needed? ~Mandy

    April chat for NJ!!!!!

Hi guys! I am back and doing my food replacement thing....shopping. I am looking at a pair or crocs online. I've never had real crocs, anyone here have them? Do they run true to size? I have the knock-offs and they run huge. I am looking at the mary-jane style, they are too cute. http://shop.crocs.com/c-4-Footwear.aspx?reqid=4&reqProdTypeId=4&subsectionname=footwear they also have Disney style crocs.....what to buy what to buy??? Sherry, when are you guys going to be there again? I know it's posted but I'm too tired to go and look. They have early magic hours and also late extra magic hours everyday, in at least one park. The morning hour is 1 hour before the general public can get in, for disney resort guest only. The evening hours are 3 hours after the general public has to leave. (they issue wrist bands to resort guest) It is now free, I know it used to be an e-ticket thing, and cost if I remember correctly, $25. On the 21st there is a Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom http://allearsnet.com/tp/mk/mnssh.htm very cool event. If you go to www.disneyworld.com there is a calander with park hours and general information. I also have the hours if you want me to forward them to you. I can make some food reccomendations. I've eaten at almost every place on property and know the good from the bad. Let me know what you guys like, and I can make some suggestions. Beanie, liquid in the ovary isn't normal, or comfortable. It is usually a result of a cyst busting, but I seem to have it all the time. I did some research today and sometimes the ultasound shows liquid and it is a tumor. (ovarian cancer runs in my family) I am going to see this doctor again on Thursday, if I don't get some kind of answer I am going to strat looking for a new doctor. I want to see her one more time, she has my history, and all my test results. A good gyno here can take 6 months to see. I don't want to wait 6 months. Also , congrats on the job...I'm sure you will be great there, they were smart to hire you. Patty, see info above. I am going to look for a new doctor for next year, but I am going to see if I can get some results from here first. I am sooo happy for you and your date. My wonderful hubby ask me today what I want to do for my birthday next year (I'm turning 30). I told him DISNEYLAND!!! I want to see Mickey and Patty!!!! He laughed and said that would be fun, when I get back from WDW I can start planning to come to Cali, and Land!! WooHoo! I considered the a cruise, or Sandals Resort for about 1/2 a second. I'll have to get together with you either online or on the phone and get the scoop on the area, and where to stay cheap. We are never in the room, we do the parks from sun-up until we are exhausted. So the room isn't all that important, clean and close are my requirements. LOL. Betty, I'm glad your car was a simple fix. That's always a relief. I wish my yard could look like yours, but if I touch a plant it's as good as dead. Cindy, you have so much energy. I wish I could keep up with you. Just reading your post make me tired. I'm glad Haven is having such a great time in all her activites. What are the summer plans so far? We are going to Missouri, and maybe West Virgina. I have an aunt, uncle and cousin in Missouri my cousin is getting married in July and Abi and I are going. Then my sister lives in WV, so we might go visit her for a week or two. Other than that I have a ton of stuff to keep me busy around here, between my entire house needing to be painted, and the summer activites that Abi and I have planned we will be busy. I'm going to get Abi ready for bed....it's after 10pm, waaaayyyy past her bedtime. I'll check in tomorrow. Night all. ~Mandy

Patty, I would ask a girlfriend to spend at least one night. I was not allowed to be released unless someone was going to be with me. My husband had to sign that he would be with me for 48 hours. Just to be on the safe side. I am sure you will be fine but if you need something you are not supposed to drive for a few days after being put under. Also the company will do you good. ~Mandy

Ok I just got the results of my ultrasound, no prolapsed uterus. I give up, I am hurting all the time. An internal exam was painful (really painful) and all it shows is fluid in my left ovary???? WTF????? I am still hurting, if I go to the ER I will be told there is fluid in my left ovary, probably a ruptured cyst? Is it possible that I have a constant suppy of cyst just rupturing all the time? Seems that I am hurting all the time, and each and everytime I have been checked it's the same story, lots of fluid, probably caused my a cyst. If this doctor gives me the run-around I may need to collect bail money. This is getting old fast. ~Mandy

Hi guys, I'm back from the fieldtrip. The play was GREAT. I am so impressed with the high school drama team here. I can't wait until Abi is old enough to do that kind of stuff. She is such a ham that I'm sure she will want to do drama and probably dance or choir too. I had several very sweet PM's, I am fine. I had an ultrasound and my pain seems to be coming from a prolapsed Uterus. I see the doc again on Thursday. I'll keep you guys updated. ~Mandy

Hi guys, sorry I've been MIA. My laptop had a battery charging issue and I had to order parts for it. I'm back and all better now. I had to have an ultrasound yesterday, it started as a regular abdominal ultrasound, and then the tech had me go in and empty my bladder. Silly me thought we were done. She then said we have to switch to an internal ultrasound, she couldn't get a clear view of my uterus. She said something about it being folded or twisted or something. When I asked her to repeat her self she said oh I'm just talking myself through the notes. My doc won't have results until Monday, and she is out until Tuesday. I have a followup appointment on thursday. Abi saw the urologist today, he was very nice and seems to think it is an under developed bladder, easily treatable. We are doing a journal of when she has accidents and we have to measure how much she does go when she makes it to the potty. Then he will decide if it is underdeveloped or if she is lacking sensation. We'll see. My friend is doing much better, he came home today. So that's a great sign. I am going on a field trip tomorrow but will be home by lunch time. I'll check in then. ~Mandy
  15. I go to Disney a few times a year and even at a 22/24 I was able to ride everything. Disney is very friendly to "pooh-sized people" www.Allearsnet.com is a great source of info. We are planning a hge family trip there in sept, and some of us bandsters will be getting together while there. Have a magical time. ~Mandy
  16. I was in wal-greens yesterday and saw an ad for medical id bracelets. That got me to thinking, do any of you wear one regarding the band? If you were in an accident and they did an ultrasound of your stomach and internal organs the band would show correct? Also if you needed emergency surgery they could avoid damage to the band, port ect...If they knew it was there. What do you think? ~Mandy

Sonia, I bought you some socks....I know I am strange. I was at Food 4 Less and they had breast cancer awareness socks, 3 pair for $2. And $1 went to the Susan G foundation. They have nice thick bottoms and the pink ribbon on the cuff, they are shorty socks. I'll bring them on the 5th. ~Mandy

Hi all. It is scary and sad about my friends hubby. He is a great guy. 4 years ago his appendix ruptured and he almost died. The surgeon that did his angioplasty (I know I spelled that wrong) said he had the kind of heart attack that they call the widow maker. He was lucky, he recognized the symptoms and called 911, he lost consiousness while talking to the dispatcher. They got him to the ER in less that 12 minutes. The atery was 96% blocked. They did the angiogram, angioplasty and put in a stint. He will remain sedated until late today. He has to spend at least 3 days in ICU, then they will reevaluate him. He's looking at 10-12 weeks in a cardiac rehab center. The scary thing is he doesn't smoke drink and he hates fried or greasy foods. He also hate cheese, and mayo. My heart is aching for my friend right now. She would be lost without him. She was numb when I talked to her last night. I told my DH that I am concerned about her. Please keep them both in your prayers. I will check in later. I am not feeling well at all today. My neck and shoulder are hurting again. Last time it did this it took 10 days on muscle relaxers to make it better. I already called and am having my muscle relaxers refilled. I also have the heating pad out and warming up. Be back later. ~Mandy

    Courtney Love has the band??

She is a washed up garage grunge band singer / widow of a famous grunge band singer. She was in a band called Hole and he was the lead singer of one of the first famous Seattle grunge band called Nirvana. He committed suicide around 13 years ago, she has since battled drugs, lost her daughter and starred in a few movies. Here is her profile on www.imdb.com http://imdb.com/name/nm0001482/ ~Mandy

Hi, all. It's been a crazy day around here. My friends husband had a massive heart attack. He had to have emergency surgery, they are giving him a 50/50 chance. Please add him to any prayer list that you have access to, his name is Lee Petsche. We had family game night tonight and it turned into Disney planning night, but it was fun. I also took a short road trip (6 hours) with my mom today. She bought a motorized wheelchair on ebay and I went with her to get it. It is really nice. I got the first round of tests back, they were normal. I am waiting for the next set to come back. I guess it's going to be the hysto, and it's not a tumor. I'll check in tomorrow. BTW, Kat there is a white scale looking thing up by the post count that you can use to give rep points with. ~Mandy
