I looked up dry brushing on you tube…very interesting. Supposed to work for cellulite and excessive skin. I wonder if it truley works

The main approval you need is from yourself. How do you feel about starting this journey? Once you are fully committed you can then share what you’ve learned about this surgery to your family and friends. I only told a select few, but I was fully educated on my decision to do this and I wasn’t really looking for their approval. -

Fear is common amongst us all. We are human and afraid of the unknown. I stopped being nervous/scared once I woke up from the anestsia. Trust all your research in the sleeve and your surgeon selection. I was sleeved on 8/26/13 and am very happy with the results so far. I'm angry I waited so long. Good luck!!

I lost >30 in 2 weeks on barriatric Meal Replacement shakes. It's hard the first week, but remember why you started this journey, will get you by. Good luck!! -

If you feel blotted you might have retained water weight. you can buy a scale that measure water weight too.
