From start to finish how long?

I have BCBS IL, and once I met all the insurance criteria... 1) psychologist clearance 2) nutritionist clearance 3) primary doctor clearance ( recent blood work) 4) pulmonary clearance Took me one month to complete. I was extremely motivated. I was sleeved one month after my initial doctor appointment Some insurance companies require a 6 month supervised diet. -

You'll need two weeks. First week to get used to your surgery and any discomfort, I was in the hospital 3 days 2 nights. This is normal practice for my surgeons office. the second week, you need to continue to adapt to the liquid diet. Once you go back to work after the 2 weeks, you'll start the pureed phase. Just my 2 cents...

Amazing results at one month!! Continued success on your journey!! BTW.. great tracking...I also track monthly, (weight, inches loss and a dated picture, to document my sleeve journey and one day make a video). I will wait initially until 10/8 my 6 week checkup.

My program: 1/2 cup - 1 cup whichever amount is tolerable (4 to 6) times a day. You need to make sure you get your protein in...10 - 15 grams of protein per meal. -

The pain is different for everyone. Plus The morphine pump the first day really helps. Walking truly helps!! Good luck

Best advice would be to join a local support group, plus reach out to your nutritionist. Remember why you started this journey and have that overcome you cravings.
