I don't know what your physician has recommended but I'm post op day 4 and yogurt is working for me. I'm having small servings of a Greek Vanilla yogurt plus I use Unjury no flavor powder in broth. Good luck and hang in there.

I'm pretty fortunate my physicians office sells us unjury at cost. I also suggest the chicken soup flavored unjury powder.

I have to agree I am sticking with the unjury powder.

Just remember that the shakes count as part of your fluid intake and take it one day at a time
