Hello I'm 6 weeks out and I don't like eating anymore, i need new foods but I'm not sure what I'm allowed to eat at this point. I do have a list of foods but it doesn't say much, just soft foods and vegetables with no skin! Let me know what are you guys eating at this point and also snacks ideas!

Got a case at Costco and only had 3, can't tolerate it. If anyone wants to pick it up, it's yours for free. I'm in mt Vernon, (westchester) . -

I found out that warm/hot tea/water goes down super easy! Cold liquids make me sick.

I'm 3 weeks out and was the same, today I found out that warm tea , or room temperature water goes down fine! Ice, cold liquids I can't drink more thn 4 sips.

I know it's unflavored but can u still taste something? Does it leave a texture? Not sure how to explain lol I just wanna know if I mix with yogurt or soup am I'm gonna be able to tell that it's in there?

Hello I'm one week on my liquid diet and i can't drink protein shakes anymore! That sweet , fake taste makes me sick. I used to love it before surgery. Ugh I hate complaining about this , I really tried to drink it but I can't. I need help with new ideas on how I can get my protein

Wow I paid $24,000 with everything included(hospital, anesthesia,...) in ny . I wish I knew about this support group before lol -
I can't take multivitamins! I tried the bariatric one, almost puked, tried the gummy one and it makes me sick , today I tried a powder one that u mix in water and I couldn't drink more thn 3 sips! Ughhhh I'm tired of spending money on it!
