Has anyone considered to get their breast done can they do anything for saggy breasts when the nipple is down the bottom of your breast just wondering mine are like that now I can only imagine after i reach goal what they are going to look like scary thought

You probably need more fills to get to the spot when yu are not hungry between meals and make right food choices and stop vominting you can get slips and it makes the skin around the stomach swell for a long time and itgets into a vicious cycle of swelling and more vomiting.

do not douche it messes up your natural way of cleansing yourself your body has a way of taking care of itself your introducing bacteria when you do it its true older women do it but they didn't know any better now we do stop it now.

DO YOU LOVE OR HATE your band and why?

Give them to a charity people will always need them.

Can't eat chicken either always puke with it even with sauces and gravy never tried dark meat chicken because it has more calories than white ill give it a try though its frustrating because i love chicken was getting chicken salad at the grocery store but they use regular mayonaisse though oh well yah chicken is a hard one.

did all of you pay for this or was it covered from your insurance if not how much is it.

how do you guys prepare your protein foods ie, what are they usually in other words what do you do do get them soft chicken usually gets stuck for me do yu put any type of sauce on them just wondering i know we are suppose to eat proteins first so i guess i just want interesting ideas for proteins that are band friendly give me your ideas thanks.

Kind of long we go on this cape trip with the same girls every year and theres a few heavier people well my friend lost 60 pounds by taking these pills working out and she looks the thinnest she has in like 10 years I have lost 74 pounds haven't worked out much well anyways they were ranting and raving about her and said nothing about me I know but I feel so jealous and cheating like hey what about me the whole weekend was like how did you do it what do you eat how much do you work out my own mother and sister have said nothing to me and went nuts about her I just don't get it I started at 250s and now weigh 180 why don't people comment about it I don't know I dont want to be jealous but enough was enough I want some credit too i quess.

I don't need a tummy tuck but do need a thigh lift insurance coverage pending and they won't do a breast lift not big enough for a breast reduction but I was wondering does everyone who gets plastic surgery pay out of pocket or did insurance cover any of the cost really can't afford to pay but need liposuction breast lift and total lower body lift kind of dissapointed lost weight and left with a mess of flabby ugly skin and droooopy boobs go figure.

Well I'm out for easter brunch with my family. so were eating and my uncle says to me are you still on track losing weight or did you quit. (I haven't lost much more in like 7 months previously lost 80 pounds so i said i have like 30 to lose more so i'm taking it at my rate truthfully i have had a hard time with the last 30 however he goes to me can i ask you a question sure. how did you get so big after astonishment i said genes. fffffffff you i felt like saying i am so mad.

How much does everyone have in their 4cc band and are consistently losing weight. just wondering what the average is?

It was about 65 pounds then they noticed it annoyed me to its like what are you all blind I don't know its all in perception I guess but not a word until then no one.

My biggest mistake was being too tight for months and vomiting everyday for 4-5 months finally had to get a complete unfill had nothing for a month gained 4 pounds my lesson learned respect your band hopefully after a barium swallow the band is intact by the grace of god after all that vomiting I thought it had slipped these were my options if it did go for another operation and readjust it to the correct position. revise to gastric bypass. or just leave it out all bad options meaning more operations luckily it was okay and I am on my way after months of no weight loss just vomiting eating and vomiting more what we do to ourselves its sickening.

I was banded June 9 05 also have lost 73 pounds had to get an unfill gained 8 due to vomiting severly now resolved just got a fill need to lose 40 more i will do this has been hard when I was unfilled all the bad habits came back lesson learned i am addicted to food need control the band gives and yes you gain weight back quickly even though i lost slowly it sucks but reality I really want to get off the last bit of weight good luck to us all on our journey to better lives.

I never knew about the band until a girl at work let me feel her port and told me about it I went to her doctor and got the band I never knew anything like this existed I am glad I did it word or mouth goes a long way.
