Sucks for me. I have a deviated septum from having a broken nose as a child so I tend to be a mouth breather when I sleep. Full face mask for this girl. Lol

Can't you be fitted for a face mask? The one they put on me covered both my nose and mouth.

It was not too bad. They put about 20 sensors stuck all over my body and this gummy crap in my hair to make those sensors stick. Then I had to lay down in a room that looked like a hotel room and try to sleep on my back. I didn't really sleep well at all. At all. Next thing I know she's coming in with a CPAP mask and explaining it to me. She puts it on and I'm ok at first but I ripped it off twice as I was sleeping because I felt claustrophobic. However, I got more sleep with it on that without. All in all, it was just an awkward sleeping experience at worst. April

I felt like I didn't sleep a lick until they brought the CPAP. The wires made me feel awkward but I was ok after I was asleep.

All I was told was that I'd be contacted in seven to ten days with the results and to set up a machine if needed. I'm pretty sure I need on just by the fact that she'd said they'd come in there in the middle of the night and put me on one if I had too many "episodes". Well, that's what they did. Came in and hooked me up.

Or you could be burning fat and in ketosis. Your breath, body odor etc. will smell different. After sweating you may even have a strong ammonia smell.

Ok, I haven't been sleeved yet, but I see those types of posts constantly. Constantly. This DOES need to be "stickied" or something because this is something that happens every day. Sometimes I'll read that someone a month out is worried because they were able to eat half a jr burger and think they may have done something wrong and tons of others are saying "just get back on the wagon" and I guess I'm the only b***h reading it because all I'm thinking is WHY THE f**k ARE YOU EATING A BURGER??? I don't come here to be coddled. I want the truth. Black and white. If I EVER eat some crap I shouldn't or do something stupid that will endanger me or my chances at weight loss I hope someone slaps me upside the head, not tell me it's ok because "everyone" does it.
