I know it's a hassle, but in the end the trip will be worth it. I go 3 hrs to each of my appointments Bc the surgeon I use is one I really am comfortable with. It's all worth it in the end. Hang in there -

I didn't like any of the powders I tried. I stuck with the chocolate premier protein RTD. There is 30g protein, 1g sugar. And I also thought the strawberry muscle milk was actually yummy.

Yeah but it's mainly their sauce. It's a white cream sauce with a hint of marinara. Your Chinese food sounds yummers.

I've had c-sections, my tubes ties and my gallbladder removed. But nothing this life changing. It's just so mind blowing. April.
