If u don't like the taste of plain Greek yogurt you can mix in a little from a crystal lite packet or mio and sweeten it up. Other people even use sf torani syrups. -

Since you're drinking so much water you may wanna watch out for leg and foot cramps. It can flush out the potassium in your body. If you get them you can take a potassium supplement along with magnesium. Just a heads up. -

There are lots and lots of threads about this if you search "protein shakes". Personally I couldn't tolerate anything other than Premier Ready-to-Drink chocolate Protein drinks. -

I read the complications. I wanted to know the good, the bad and the ugly. I don't want something to happen and me go "I had no idea this was possible". Of course, I want to know that about any surgery.

I know several doctors that have a lower price for self-pay VSG if they are already going in to fix a hiatal hernia. As a matter of fact, a little over a yr ago, when I was thinking I was going to be self-pay, every single dr I talked to lowered the price Bc insurance was paying for hiatal hernia repair. April

I definitely didn't want a foreign object left inside me. My sister had the band and just converted to the sleeve. I also do not want anyone screwing with my intestines. I get to keep everything how it's meant to be, it's just one organ, my stomach, will be made smaller.

I'm feb 18 and mine starts the 4th. I'm trying to not be anxious. I'll probably do like u and hit the hay early. You guys on the 3rd are heading up our February group. Definitely gonna have to keep us updated so we'll not only have encouragement, but we'll know what's "normal" lol
