Hunny, if the worst you've eaten it's okay. It's good you are aware of your eating, but don't beat yourself up...we have to take it day by day:)

Mine did for a few days, but it comes right back down. Could still be Fluid from surgery or whatever. A lot of people on the site say do NOT weigh everyday. Anyway, try not to stress it too much. I promise it will get better and you will lose:)

WELLL, don't exercise too much! hah Isn't that nice to hear! My sleeve was 9/3 so tomorrow I will be 5 weeks out:) I am feeling sooooo much better!! I can't do the protein drinks either...just try to get in as much as possible with food...it's a work in progress:)

Trust me, it's not ridiculous! I have always been a huge veggie fan! I am with madam...I want a huge salad with all the fixings!! And it's sweet potato season! OMG I want one sooo bad...well technically I had one, but could only eat a tiny bit of it!! URGH.

Yaaaay!!! That's exciting! I have always hated clothes shopping too, so I understand!! But it's very exciting that you got to throw out 3 bags of suits because they were too big!! OMG I cannot wait! I wore a skirt this morning that I've been able to wear...it was sooo loose that I don't think I'll be able to wear it again:) it's kinda a love/hate thing cuz I absolutely love it BUT the fact that it was so loose made me a happy gal!! Congrats again:)
