I don't understand what you are asking?

I eat the full egg?? Is your cholesterol high? I have never been told to only eat the white. I love refried beans, guacamole, I eat a lot of cheese (I LOVE CHEESE), tacos (meat/cheese/sour cream/beans), peanut butter, chicken, pretty much any kind of beans, roast (cooked til it falls apart), spaghetti/meat sauce, broccoli, soups, etc...I can't really think of anything else right now...but if it's soft meat, I eat it. And if it's high protein, I eat it.

I take my multivitamins in the morning, along with a B-12. At night, I take multivitamins, calcium, and vitamin D...none during the day. This is what my dr/nut suggested.

I can eat eggs, never had an issue with them. They were one of the first foods I ate when I started on solids.

The PA called back...I'm on antibiotics for a sinus infection, she thinks this is the culprit. I have 2 more days is antibiotics and if it continues after I'm done, call them back Monday or go to ER over the weekend if it gets worse.
