I'm only a lil over 2 months out but sugar is not something I tolerate all that well anymore...too much makes me nauseated, but give me something salty and OMG! And this is a total reversal from before surgery

I'm with you! I will take the gummy vitamins, but not the others…I take them twice a day, which is what my NUT recommends and I don't mind b/c they are good:)

40 minutes of MMA fitness class! O M G I am soooo out of shape! I walked around the mall AGAIN on Sunday, I have NO clue how much it counts for, but it was a couple of hours, and I HATE shopping! :-P

Ohhh the eating slow is a hard one to me too, but the pros outweigh the cons 9,999,999:1!! I love losing weight and even if I don't make the right food choices I can't scarf down a ton of it. That's a huge pro! -

When I was a child, I had red hair and my uncle started calling me Redbean...it has long since turned brown, but I still have people call me "Red". I love that my middle daughter has shocking red hair, hers will probably stay that way forever. It's gorgeous!!

Are you taking a PPI such as Nexium? I have to take one otherwise I have the same issue. Too much acid in my tummy. You can get OTC ones or your dr can prescribe, but it helps me:) Good Luck -
