    I'm with you on this! I want to be able to have a few bites of tasty food & not feel bad about it...I know I'm still early out but I want to know that later when I'm ready that its ok....Thank You so much for posting this

    I had hernia repair but the only trouble I have is when I eat..I really have to slow down & take really small bites & take my Omeprazole

    I seen somewhere that you can make a tuna noodle casserole & put that in the blender plus a little lemon juice, hot water & hot milk
