5 Days post op here too & the walking helps soo much with every thing...I'm feeling better & starting to enjoy my new life...Best of Luck everyone

I agree it is hard..I haven't had any nausea..just the soreness & the constant rumbling going on

I've been crushing mine & putting it with a popscile in a bowl to get down

You can have Liquid Protein & vitamins?? Where did you get those at? I was told to just take in Clear liquids, sugar free pops & broth...I would like to get some liquid protein & vitamins so my body doesn't get too weak

I was sleeved on the 8th I have sorene in the middle of my abdomen..it feels like I did too many sit ups & my belly always sounds like a thunderstorm going on in there

My soreness & pain is in my abdomen ..I have to carry a pillow. Against it to help

My crampy pain is on my abdominal wall.. Its hard to get up from a bed or chair .Is this normal
