  1. Mine also itch. Mostly around where the bandages have been. I took my bandages off today(11 days post op) all except for the incision where the drain was so hopefully it will get better. Itchy, itchy! Lol

  7. Hey all. Just wanted to update. Had surgery around 4 and I'm doing ok. Some gas pain in chest and stomach but not horribly unbearable. Taken a couple Gas X strips and they do seem to help along with my walking. Nurses, doctors and all staff here at the Mi hospital. Can't complain at all. Still feeling a little loopy and going to go get some sleep but wanted to fill you all in!
  8. Well the storms in Colorado yesterday delayed all flights and I wasn't able to get my flight into San Diego so stayed in Denver last night and fly in around noon today and go directly to Mi Hospital from there. I'm assuming by the time pre-op testing is done it might be supper time or so by the time I get into surgery. Will keep you informed when I can!

Hi Gabriela I am also having my surgery at the Mi Hospital in TJ but mine is scheduled for Sept. 15. You should be resting comfortably at the Marriott by then or on your way home shortly after. My BMI is higher than yours and I am anxious but very excited.
