I'm a food addict, too. I've always told people who stressed eating more vegetables to lose weight... that wasn't the problem! Veggies don't satisfy my palate unless there is butter on them or some type of cheese sauce. -

For clothes you are getting rid of, keep Women's Shelters in mind. They go to the centers with the clothes on their backs and would appreciate the donations. -
