Try some refried beans . Add a little of your fav salsa . Its about has mushie has you can get. also try some cream of wheat with your proten powder and milk. I lived on that combo for a week.

Hey reggie ask those guys if they can eat small portions of what ever they want. I know most with by pass if they eat any sugar at all. they dump. With the band it is not near has drastic . 5 months out a1c 6.1 I now take 1 pill instead of 4 . sleep apnea almost gone. I figure anouther 20 lb gone and I will be off every thing Paul

Hi I can honestly say I have had one O'douls since being banded. I do know some people that have a drink now and then. Not many that I have talk to that have the band Drink every week . It will be like any thing else More calories than you need. Don't get me wrong I have been known to knock down quite a few. It's liquid so I don,t see any problems going down. I look at it like anything else moderation. Just for the calories. . I still eat ice cream ate a birthdat party .not just has much I feel a drink would be the same . Thats why we where banded. Not to deny our selves but to help with control. I hope this made since .Paul

Hi Valiere I am Paul I have been wandering about something like this . I am a christian . I have not really had any doubt that this was the right thing to do because of the way things went for me . I put this whole journey in the hands of the lord and I truely believe he helped me get it . But like life its self I have to make it work . I will support a thread lke this. Paul

I have one of those strech belts it now goes to the side loop . How can you get rid of the first gage of how your doing. I can't let go either Paul
