I agree with you! I told my surgeon that I didn't want that in my body and his PA agreed. I use stevia or regular sweetened food which like you mentioned we eat very little .

Thanks for the info about the liquid vitamins. I just went to amazon and put two bottles in my basket . I hope it helps . I'm taking all my vitamins but this sounds awesome. My hair is ridiculous since the surgery. Thank goodness I wear a unit.

Yes, good old milk of magnesia can be used. It's awesome and so is the warm prune juice.

I just purchased Jay Robb a bit pricey but I like also. I try to stay with stevia sweetened proteins only. -
My friend used Dr. Kim and was happy but problems happened and she eventually had a redo by another doctor. She was not happy with his work . I would recommend Dr. Cribbins and Dr. Hamm.

Castor oil is not fish oil . It's thick so I usually add organic coconut oil to it. I keep a bottle in my bathroom to smooth on after a shower or bath. It's so great for the skin and hair.

I purchased over $200 in vitamins from Unjury website and after the surgery I hated them. I mailed them to a friend. I use Flintstones and Gummys vitamins from Sams's.

Wow , girl, u look great! I would like to run as well. My son runs a lot and says he gets a high and that's what keeps him so calm and laid back. You have given me inspiration. I will try. -
Power crunch and quest bars are my favorite. I purchase mine from Vitacost and AllStarHealth. The prices are so much cheaper.
