I live in Texas and last Saturday the temp was in the 70's and I was still trying to wear a short , cute leather jacket. I was cold . I felt silly and took it off but again it was in the 70's. -

Thanks , so much for the info. I take it because my heart races and increased blood pressure. . Its not Afib. I'm seeing my cardiologist Wednesday and will see if a lower dosage is prescribed. Getting a bit dizzy as well. -

Wow , you look so beautiful. I'm with you about doing this a long time ago. I wimped out two years ago because a friend had a terrible outcome. She was just wimpy and all drama. I can just kick myself for listening to her.

My surgeon actually recommended 2 flintstones chewables per day. I buy Source Naturals B12 . I tried Unjury vitamins before surgery and after surgery I couldn't stand the taste( multivitamin). I gave them to a friend . It was $200 worth. I kept the chewable D.

I found the premier protein for 18.88 at my SAMs in Frisco/ Plano , tx they had muscle milk and muscle mil light and it was 17 and some change. I purchased the muscle milk to switch things up. -
