When did you stop cleaning your inscisions and just let them air out and heal naturally?

4 days after release from Hospital. I'm 7 days out and fully healed - just pink. I think the daily neosporin helped speed it along. -

There was nothing about MI Doctor hospital that made me think of it as a clinic. It had admitting, regular rooms, a nurses station, labs, Operating rooms, recovery areas, and a room reserved as an ICU. I was fully comfortable with all aspects of my recent VSG there. I've seen much worse in the States. -
