My name is Verkosha I'm 29 years old. Ive been overweight almost all of my life. I've tried sooooo many diets and some of them work and i lost weight but i always gained what I lost and some after the diet. After my last diet I lost 70lbs and within 1 year I had put on 90lbs. I was so upset seemed like the harder i tried the more came on. Then i spoke with my sister in law and she told me that she was going to have weight loss surgery. I didnt aggree with her until she said, "Kosha do you realize i was doing the same thing you are doing year after year and I have a disease and its Obesity! I was your size at your age and look at me now every couple of years I'm 20 lbs more than before and Its time for me to make a change if I want to live to see my children grow up." I took a while to think and pray about it and then I made the choice to get Healthy and stop dieting. I'm so blessed to have a husband that supports me to the fullest. I had tears in my eyes when he told me, "Baby you deserve to be healthy and look your best." I have 4 girls that I want to be able to walk, run, play with, and ride rollercoasters with when I loose this weight.
