I was sleeved on 8/6/13 and I am still struggling with protein drinks. Everything I try seems to bother my stomach. Forget protein shakes. The foam created by shaking or blending causes me to suffer all day. I am of the soft stage but can only eat about 4 bites so its very difficult to get the protein in.
