    My insurance requires that I be on a supervised diet for the next 6 months. I'm okay with that, it gives me time to learn more and organize other parts of my life before the surgery. But I'm curious on what kind of diets people were put on for those 6 months. How did it work? Was it hard for you?mdid you lose a lot of weight? Anything would be great! Thanks! Kim
