I had mine on 08/29! Feeling great now! I actually feel full of energy... I have lost 25 pounds so far. I walk about 30-40 min a day... I'm getting in around 45-50 grams of Protein a day... It's difficult! Enjoying the new me
My multi is kinda nasty to take but I make myself and I haven't really found a yummy Protein shake yet still looking!
