Yes I kept mine a secret also bc I just didn't want anyone to know not even my two daughters and one is a R.N. I told them after two days later. Only them and probably their husbands know. I too didn't want phone calls after I got home, don't want a bunch of questions. Not even my pastor knows. If I had to do over I would still do it the same way.

I am doing great. I am having problems this week getting my Protein in and my Water. I think I need to try different shakes. I have Muscle milk lite and I didn't have a problem with the milk until this week, I go for my four week checkup on Friday with Dr. Morales. Thank you for asking how I am doing.

I am having a probably with getting my protein and water. I can do about 45 protein and 32 oz water. If I do more water then I don't want to eat and I can only do 20 grams of shake protein. Rest from little food that I do get. I am 3 weeks and 4 days out. I hope I am not hurting myself.

I had mine at DePaul and with Dr. Morales. Love the support from the office and I have not had any problems. The hospital, and the nurses were great. I was on the 6th floor. Oh I am from the Illinois side. I had my sleeve done on Aug 21st, 3 weeks and 4 days ago.

Try another and another and another until you find one you like. They are out there and good luck to you. -
be careful because of mind hunger. I found that I wasn't really hunger it was my mind so I would get busy doing something and if the hunger didn't go away I ate some yogurt, popsicles, pudding, jello.

I put 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of sugar free vanilla pudding and mix and stirred in some pumpkin pie spice and tasted great.

You won't regret the sleeve. I had mine done Aug 21. I knew I didn't the band, after reading about bypass, and how invasive it is it was a no brainer to have the sleeve. I am a few days away to start in eat real food and not pureed or soft food. It is getting harder and harder to get the shakes in and the jell-o and puddings. Eggs or great but I am so ready for phase 3. good luck to you.

I had mine fixed during the sleeve surgery.

First of all I don't care who your partner is but no one will yell at my kids and ground then. I too am turning to other things instead of eating. I didn't realize I too was an emotional eater. Clean up after yourself and she will soon see who makes the mess.

I too am having trouble getting my food and even worse is getting the shakes. I am just not hungry and I can't get over the fact I should eat anyway because I feel that is how I got this way in the first place.

The comments from other people is exactly why I never told anyone except my husband. I had the surgery and home before any one knew. The only ones who knows now are my two daughters and probably their husbands. And they were told a day after I was home I like it this way. No one is asking any questions and no one is watching me lose weight. If I had to do it over I would do exactly the same way.

I put 1/4 c of sf vanilla pudding and 1/4 c of greek yogurt stir and add pumpkin spice or apple pie spice and makes it tasty. I am out 14 days and feeling great.
