I have lost 40lbs in 26 days..I can notice it a lil bit. I guess I have to hit my 100 lb mark to get the jaw dropper... I was 266 and now I am 226.

I woke up hollering because I had severe back pain from gas. At the time I didn't know it was really gas pain. I just new my doc had touched something else.. It's gone!!! I'm 20 days out and 33 lbs down btw... Walk and take gas x...

Y'all are a mess... I was sucking on a lemon slice b4 I squeezed the juice into the water and I sucked it right down the pipes... It stayed in my throat like for 4 hours... Still kinda feels there... Lol -

Great advice and well taken. I see for each it's own. I love my beer and soda.... Crystal light has been horrible to me... I'm currently trying G2 and propel 0 and all those.... I guess it's just mental..
