Yup I'm 3 months out and never lost my hunger. And it's NOT head hunger it's true "feed me Seymour" hunger. I was thoroughly disappointed as I too thought hunger would be a thing of the past. I wasn't lucky in that area. However, I am always surprised that no matter how hungry I get even when it feels like I could take on a whole buffet by myself I'm completely full after 3 or 4 bites which is really mind blowing when you compare what I would've eaten pre-op. I've also tried to look at it as a positive for protein since I can get all of my protein in easy and there are others who really struggle with that. You'll never know til afterwards how your body will respond. I'm sure you've heard that everyone's experience is different. Keep your fingers crossed ????.

I totally get it Kittychick (sp). I've only told my close friends, my parents, and one of my sisters. The other one can't hold Water and I don't want my business all over social media. I also live across the country from my family so that has mass it somewhat easier. No one at work knows but the rumors that are circulating include bypass surgery. I always say, "your body, your business". Do what's best for you including not subjecting yourself to unsolicited advice and well intentioned comments.

Today's weight: 318.6 Loss of: 5.4 pounds!!! I couldn't believe it when I weighed myself this morning so I did it three more times tonight just to be sure. This loss was totally unexpected. Insert happy dance Oh and ditto all comments above regarding you NOT doing anything else to remind us to check in. You've done more than enough to set us up for success Bea. The rest is up to us. Happy New Year!!!! Final weigh-in: 324.6 I gained 0.2 pounds since last week (probably the small toast and appetizers I had at midnight). I'm still proud of myself. And ready to grind it out for the Valentines challenge. Thanks for everything Bea!!
