I was banded last September. I weighed at the time 120kg and I am now down to 106kg. I should have done better but some of my old habits are still there. Things like wine, chocolate and ice cream. I am trying really hard with all three and I have just started at the gym 3 times a week in the last month.
I found this site because I was looking for recipes. I think if I can find healthy easy food that I can eat, I will do much better.:hungry:
