I kinda get stuck in ruts of eating the same meals a lot. Breakfast 1 egg scrambled or hand boiled eaten slowly and a fruit. Lunch-Small salad 2oz chicken, feta, and 3 bean salad, low calorie dressing and a small fruit or SF pudding. dinner 3-4 oz Protein, 1/4 carb (potatoe or WW noodles) whatever my DH is having and small salad or portion of veggies). My afternoon break at work I have a protein and carb (string cheese/celery or cheese and 8 ww wheat thins. In the evening I usually have a couple of small peppermint patties or SF ice bar or SF fudge sicle. Now weekend I'm not that good.
