I use extra virgin coconut oil to cook with and I don't use butter anymore...I spread coconut oil on toast (Ezekiel bread) and lightly dust with organic garlic salt...my whole family caght on and loves it! Look into "ghee" also. As for omegas 3-6-9 there are many flavored ones at gnc and health food stores, that and vitamin E I put in my Fage yogurt easy and yummy!
