Congrats!!!

I am a clothes horse! I am wearing what I have. I owed not to buy anything new until after my surgery. Mine is sometime in feb. 2014 ( my ins makes me wait 6 mos) I have a friend who just has surgery this summer so she is saving clothes for me. I also found a Taylor who can down size my current pants and skirts up to 2 sizes. I am looking forward to a new summer closet!! Good luck!!

My fitness pal as well. But my dr has me doing the south beach diet so I'm really not tracking calories. So I have been using a good old fashion little note book.

Wow! I am a clothes horse! So I'm changing my closets over from summer to fall/winter (buffalo ny) and I took all my capris and folded them up... My surgery fingers crossed will be February 2014... My seamstress can resize pants 2 sizes. So I'm saving all my capris... I hope I won't be able to have them resized because I'll be 3 sizes down. A girl can dream! This is the first time ever that I have thought next winter I'm going to have a new closet full of clothes!!! I do feel sad in a way that I won't have my old clothes. I've have a friend in them. They hide me. Does that make sense? Anyone else go through this?

I totally agree head hunger is the worst! Don't let it derail you! You are losing...some people lose slower the others...I'm a slow loser...ur body is figuring out what is going on....follow their plan...they know what they are doing...head hunger! Good luck!! Good luck! I'm new too! I just had my base weight weigh in and my first appointment with the LPN is in October. But I have all my appointments set and ready to go. Actually will be done with them before I visit with the LPN for the first time! Just started the south beach diet. My dr wants me down 5% before surgery. I would love to be down 10%. I'm on day 2 of the first phase and it's tough! Good luck with everything!

Hi. We currently have Cigna... Worst ever! So my hubby is willing to switch and have 20-30 more a month out of his check to make it easier for me. Has anyone done this? Will there be a problem starting the process with one and switching to another? Thanks.

I am just starting out ... The new books r coming out so I'm going to see what Independent health offers. The specialty drs that are covered are few and far between.

For our area they do not cover any phys eval providers. I would have to do out of network and all the drs want Cigna to fill out the paper work and Cigna wants drs. The co pays are very high as well even though we have met the deductible.

I am just starting out in the process but I would see someone and talk about it. Years of eating whatever you want will not just disappear since you e been sleeved. You made a brave decision to have this surgery. You can do it! Tomorrow is a new day!! Xo
