    8 months post op

Yeah I forgot my other log in plus got married , had a baby, bought a house.... A whole new life. I'm ok but trying to find my way back to my sleeve life. I have lost my way some and need a reminder of the things I should be doing. My life was so hectic that I let it slip. I also had a stroke (none sleeve related was due to the depo shot) that effected my memory and routine greatly. And I lost my sister in May (past way). So getting back In touch with my sleeve family is so very important right now. I never reached maintaine level before I got pregnant so I want to continue losing which I know will be more difficult since I'm 3+ years post op but I'm sure I can do it. Thanks for the welcome back!

I'm 3 + years post op. I have this problem from time to time. It happens for me if I'm dehydrated. Or if I eat too much, eat to quick, or if I eat pork.
  3. I was just 14 months postoperative when I found put I was pregnant. I only gainned a little during pregnancy but what I didn't do was get back into the rules and stick to them. I am struggling now trying to remember what I should do.. So that I can get back to losing some more. Do yourself a favor.... Go back to sleeve eating and the rules. Having a new baby is hard and tiring.. But don't back slide
  4. I was one year post op when I found out I was pregnant. I gained very little weight and after I had my son... I weighted less then when I first got pregnant. My advise..... , take it easy... Your body has gone through a lot . And now more. Do whatever you have to do to maintain and stay healthy.. Drink as much fluids as possible. I went into labor early from dehydration. . But after the baby is born don't waste anytime getting back on track with either losing or maintaining. Go to support to refresh you on what you should do or may have forgotten. By that time your hunger and eating will be different.
