Hey there Keep us posted I increased my exercise from 30 minuts a day to 45 and went from 5 days a week to 6 days and my weight moved a little down to 169lbs and I only eat protein and veggies 800 cal a day

hello I do read posts and I get enough Protein that's they only thing I eat is protein and vegetables I am having hard time with Water since surgery it makes me nauseous so I drink more café and tea plus I do 15000 steps plus a day and do 30 min cardio and 15 min weights

I am glad that I am not alone but still very frustrated about it I didn't do the surgery to lose only 15 lbs I am doing the dukan diet now.I started this diet in March of 2013 I went from 220 lbs to 195 lbs in 16 week and then I got stuck and in October 2013 I had the sleeve to help with the weight loss I lost another 10 lbs before the surgery on liquid diet and since my surgery another 15 lbs only and I am stuck at 170 lbs I need to loose another 20 lbs.

Hey guys U doing good I had my surgery Oct 2013 and only lost 15lbs this is extremely slow I will never reach my goal weight it looks like my body is comfortable where it is sucks (((

I went to Mexico to have mine done and they don't follow up with me never did I had a lot of problems since then including bad infection in and out and when I email my surgeon he said it was something I had to have before surgery and he said that he will sue me for defamation it was funny at the time cause I have all the test to prove it and I only talk about my personal experience so I told him to double check the word what it means I'm so sorry to hear that. I haven't lost more than 13 in 3 months but I haven't had any other issues. Are you in touch with your surgeon? When do they expect you to be better?

Hey Colemon I am home now but I am not feeling well I have headaches and no energy at all so tired all the time plus my hair is coming out I will be bold soon My anemia is due to sleeve but I had problems with pain and all since the beginning I so regret this only lost 13 lbs in over 3 mts Omg that's crazy is it related to your sleeve? Are you out of the hospital yet?? I'm doing well just super slow losing. I'm at 175 and around 10 months out so I'm down about 50 pounds. Discouraged but not giving up and happy about the what I've lost

Hello Colemon 70 How are u doing? I was in hospital I needed blood transfusion I have severe anemia but still didn't loose anything I gained 5 lbs I have no idea why I cant loose that weight Tell me u progress

Colemon 70 I hear you but we have to stay positive at all times I am stuck at 172 lbs I want to get it down to 150lbs but is just not happening plus the pain under my ribs and lower back is horrible I can totally relate to you. How are you doing now?

Scorpion11 Thank you for u kind words at this point I am very discourage 13 weeks post op and only lost 13 lbs and 3 inches and nothing seems to work plus I am still in so much pain I am glad u think it was worth it and u doing good happy to hear that and wish u all the best keep me posted

hey I do hope u feel better I am seeing general surgeon and family doctor since my surgery I was hospitalized 3 times I am still in a lot of pain but I just know how to manage it better if I am not so active it hurts a little less plus heating pads makes it better my pain was worse at night so I went to the clinic and got acupuncture and it helps a lot. When I was in hospital they gave me morphine and it didn't help with my pain at all now my side still hurts is like a stubbing pain that hurts more when u breath and goes all the way to the back but I also have very bad lower back pain for 13 lbs lost and all the pain it wasn't worth it at all keep me posted here is my email aggi_@hotmail.com

hey I had my surgery October 9 only lost 13 lbs and also have the same pain all the test didn't show anything mri showed damaged cartridge on the rib wall can take up to 18 mts to heal I am still in a lot of pain everyday and it hurts when I breat my side and lower back is killing me pan meds don't work keep us posted good luck

hello there I had my surgery on October 9,2013 and lost 10 lbs on my pre op diet I was 185 lbs before surgery and now I am at 172 lbs only lost 13 lbs in 3 mts plus I exercise 4 times a week and have 1000 cal diet I am not happy had a lot of complications and still have pain for 13 lbs it wasn't worth it hope it will get better

I didn't lose any inches either I had lower bmi from the start but 8 weeks post op only lost 10 lbs and I am stuck for over 6 weeks now WOW! have you talked to your dr? When i asked my nurse coordinator about it she asked me if I was getting all my water and protein! I said No! Its hard especially the water. Yeah it does sound like your doing everything! Just keep ur head up, I know its hard to do. But you cant let this get you down! Are you taking measurments of yourself? I have since day one and even though I dont see a diiference in the scale I do in the inches.
