Down 11 pounds. Surgery on Tuesday. One more day of shakes then all clear liquids Monday. Almost there. Got all things done. I'm ready

All pre op done today and preregistration for hospital. No looking back. Down 10 pounds on preop. 4 days of this and then my new beginning. Hope I heal fast I want to go back to work soon of work from home.

I purchase things through amazon. It was easy fast and they had most of the things I needed. Look under bariatric supplies. I ordered them on Monday and 2 items already came. Maybe try that look under protein and bariatric supplements lots to choose from

That is great. I feel good today as well. Maybe my body is adjusting to diet. Tuesday is coming up soon. Getting my pre surgical things done tomorrow. Whew it's getting very close. I am getting excited actually. Bought a pair of jeans. Going to hang then and have this goal for Christmas. Not my goal size. But it is only 3 sizes smaller than I am currently. With losing 10 pounds so far these might fit in another 30.

Oct 8. Preop diet day 7 today. Nervous and excited. -
I had a breakdown day 3! My mother died at age 57 her mother in the 40's. I had a moment but I'm ready. Maybe the emotion was 3 says of no food. In doing this for myself and my family. I'm ready to change my life and I know I can do it. Just got back from my business trip and the scale was nice. 3 more pounds. Maybe I can do a total of 15 before surgery Tuesday. Good luck keep me posted when You get out on Monday.

I'm out of town on business this is tough I feel natious. Hoping to see the scale tonight and know tht I lost pounds. Surgery date is Tuesday. 6 days to go. The countdown begins. Beginning to get nervous

How are you doing. Our surgery dates are fast approaching. How many pounds are you down. I am at about 8 after 6 days.

Day 5 down. 8 pounds. Only 7 more days. On a business trip forthe nesmxt 2 days this will be tough. Have my shakes packed.

8 days left for me. Day 4 was tough. But need to keep focused. Tryin to lose 12-15 before surgery. Day 4 done. 6 pounds down.

That is great to hear. Oct 7 for you and the 8 for me is quickly approaching. I weight. 258 starting before liquid. A little nervous today about surgery. I have never had any kind of surgery. . Keep me posted of how everything goes.

Day 2 down. 10 more Headaches? I guess I'm not alone. Today was harder than yesterday. Let me know how your days goes. The end is near I'm keeping focused.

I'm on optifast. I can have a salad if I'm really hungry. Just a little worried if my migraines are going to be an issue. They said day 2-3 are tough. Day 2 almost done. Uugh -

How is your liquid diet going. Day one for me down. Not that bad. A little concerned about going on a business trip next tues and wed. That will be trying for sure. -
Starting my liquid in 2 days. Reading these posts keep me motivated and optimistic. I'm nervous about the surgery but even more nervous about the pre op. the results will add years to my life. Any preop advice and post op advice?

Good for you. I may ban food in my office for the week when I start to fast. Lol. Good luck. I'm trying to start preparing myself mentally. So today only breakfast and lunch and one shake. Tomorrow just breakfast. We will see how it goes. -

Let me know how day one goes. I'm starting on Thursday. This might be the hardest part of this journey. No food for 12 days is scary. -
