Hi everybody, well today has been a productive SEWING day... got my ugly blk of the month done... shorted me fabric, and instructions.... but, I have a block to show at class, thats the main thing. Yes, Peter did like my NEW duds.... I must say, I looked like one hot mama...!!! THen onto my Green Turtle quilt... its now got the 1st inner border sewn on, now on to thwe outwer one, perhaps I`ll do that tonight. I too watched dancing with the stars last night... I was dying to see Kristy Alley dance... she did pretty good! Peter hates that show.. Fish again for dinner tonight. had chicken breasts last night, a couple of pro shakes today, plus some ham slices... and tea.... feeling dehydrated right now... need a latte... cbl

pro shake for breaky, ham slices for lunch, tea, coffee thruout the day, chicken breast 3 oz for dinner, burned the carrots....LOL Choc SF FF pudding with cool whip, now I am having an Atkins no carb bar....

Well, don`t know what I am up to today...may finish reading my G.W.Bush book.... got some quilting to do too.. almost finished another top. PLUS, I am waiting to hear back from a Gen. Manager of a Retirement res... she wants us to play a longer gig in Jun and one in November... just trying to firm up dates. Shoulda gone to the gym with Peter but he was going too early for me... Since home, Ive been sleeping in to my regular 9 a.m. or 9:30.... my little bridget is such a snuggler.

I have a good dessert recipe for bandsters. low carb.. 1/2 container of GREEK style Yogurt 1 - 8 oz package of low fat Cream cheese Vanilla ( about 1 tsp) Sweetner ( about 3-4 pkts of sweetner to taste) Cinnamon ( about 1/ 2 tsp) O.k. so soften the cream cheese out on the counter, then start to mash it with a fork, gradually add in the yogurt, spices, sweetner. Until its the consistency of thick yogurt... then dole it out into 1/2 cup portions and return to fridge... it will stiffen up when it chills again. Enjoy with a dolloop of Fat Free cool whip on top.... YUMMY to die for..

oh forgot to tell you Peter and I went for a long HIKE today on Blueberry trails with Bridget... it still has a foot of snow, but its crusty so we walked along the top of it. I got a chance to use my NEW hiking Stick (telepole) that Peter bought me for Xmas... wow it really helped take the strain off the knees!!! We were really enjoying the sun and trees when we spotted BRIDGET rolling in something in the woods... she comes back to us and she STUNK to HIGH HEAVEN... must of been a dead deer body or something... it was beyond the smell of rolling in doggie dooo.... Oh, so had to bath her TWICE when I got home.... had the car windows open and everything... and the temp is still hovering at zero!!!

Hey Karla, the wedding sounds like it was so fun... I`m glad you got out and about!! And makeup too!!! You go girl!!!! Rotten about the leak problem.... I thought that was all fixed? or was it just because you`d had alcohol? I know i have less control when I drink..... Did anyone ttake a picture of YOU!!??? If so we wanna see it GF.... Oh Linda, Cora just has so much fun with you, and its all undivided time... she loves you... and Penny should be GRATEFUL that she is not wanting to go home.... tell her to imagine the opposite... Penny drops her off at daycare, and when she shows up to take her home ...she cryes!!! She should be glad that Cora dosn`t have seperation anxiety like a lot of toddlers do.... She does not appreciate how great she has it (in regard to her childcare) ... man oh man, you have my permssion to slap the girl!"!!

Quick update and then I`m going to bed.... still naught caught up on my sleep yet.. Peter gets home tomorrow 2 skakes today, 20 pistachios, Bassa Fish (done the Janet way) it was very good, got stuck right off the hop, so ate the rest of fish later on.... now having a Latte.... Short music rehearshal with «mark... he was down in the dumps... girl online ditched him.... GIG on SAT NIGHT... WHOO-HOO I can wear some of my NEW clothes.... yeah!!! OMGosh, I added up all my CC purchases... good thing I only go shopping with you girls ONCE per year...

Petie had vaccummed and changed the sheets on the bed prior to my getting home... NICE!!! I'll see him on Friday evening... I got my luggage unpacked too, laundry done - put my NEW pebble mats in my Kitchen sinks last night... they look cute! Tomoorw I am doing the Shower one. Also going to visit my MOM tomorrow . I am taking my QUEEN qult that I just picked up from the Long Arm quilters... it is beautiful!!!! Omy gosh, all I have to do is tack down the binding and wash it.... yippee!!! quick post. Just got home from picking Bridget up!!! Long freeking 24 hours!!! Landed in Toronto at 4:40 this afternoon, 2 hour drive home, then had to go get my Girly from the sitter... they loved her!!! dah! Janet; Thank you again so much for your warm (hot) welcome... loved you part of the country!!! Phyl: So nice getting to spend some time wtih Earl too.. Karaoke was fun, but i especially loved the TOUR in the golfcart avec Vino!!! Linda; I know you made it home o.k. but don't be a stranger.. MISS YOU ALL already!! HUGS, Candice.... now going to bed!

Marcy- I am glad your SHORLINE is frozen where you are... thanks GOD for that!!! One good thing about being in the really cold climate... I am in Central Ontario, and we have had one BIATCH Of a winter... it started with 2 Feet of snow in November and it hasn`t let up. SO I am excaping to Cali for a week. OH guys, I forgot to mention... I`ve been in contact with Denise and we are going to hook up when Peter and I are in New Orleans.... cool huh??? LOL a year since your full body lift. and you are still FLAT? or you are still FAT... sorry I dont understand... did you lose all your weight post lapband, and THEN you got your body lift???? Ya, Karla: Sally and I both got our blocks done today!! It was a biatch of a block... screwball directions... at least that`s my excuse and I``m sticking to it!!! I`ll see if I can put up a picture of it. tomorrow after CLASS.... O/T... I saw my Bro on skype today, so I buzzed him... He lost his PILOT job in Jan... he is really depressed... I hated to see him like that... tried to cheer him up... but I dont`think THAT worked... at least I got to talk to him though w/o his wife present.... she was out for a walk. ( cooling off her jets) I think that they are fighting a lot... that`s the impression that he gave me... Its hard to find another job at 61!!!! PLUS he looks llike CRAP... didn`t go thru with his Lapband SUrg in July.... and he weighs even more now... his breathing is aweful... I could HEAR it on the SKYPE.... jeez!!!

I went into my quilt room to turn on the space heater (so that when Sally came we wouldn`t freeze to death sewing) well, just as »i was walking out of the room,,, I hear this snap crackle and pop... noise... I turned around and there were FLAMES coming out of the heater...!!!!! I ran and unplugged it and fortunately, that was all the intervention that it needed to stop.... OMG... it gave me pause.... I went upstairs to tell Peter to thro the thing in the garbage.... ya know what he said ? ``Well, you just can`t leave things plugged in all over the house```!!! WHAT????? are you kidding me.... blaming ME for the thing catching fire????? It was MECHANICAL failure asshole!!!! shut the F__k up !!! I could just kill him..... I still might

Hi Girls, busy here.... went and had my nails done this a.m. then at 2 p.m. had to take my QUEEN/KING quilt to the long arm quilters... it`ll be 3 wks until they are finished it... just as I get home from Cali...she`s gonna do it for Cash, so I save on the taxes... yeah"!! GREAT news, got another GIG on Sunday, in Collingwood. Singing at a Benefit Brunch for a new school in Haiti... its gonna be awesome. We do an hour, then another entertainer comes on... all going from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. all local area talent... should really be fun. »good exposure for us too! THEN, I got another phone call from a lady who works for the TOWN of Was. Beach... she has hired us to play for 2 hours at JAZZ IN THE PARK, the end of July... its an outside Gazebo stage, amongst the trees... should be really nice... and GREAT MONEY!!! whoo-hoo... then I got a lecture from Peter that i didn`t ask for enough money!!! Crap, when did he die and become God!!!???? always second guessing me... the other week he told me what JOKES to telll during our gig... so I handed HIM the microphone.... ha,ha,ha.... put him and his BIG MOUTH on the spot... OH I did enjoy watching him squirm!! It was divine!!!!...

OH Janet; good luck with the new computer!!! Most companies do monitor INTERNET useage by their employees... so keep your guard up. We don`t want you losing your job because you are chatting with US. Nice relaxing weekend here, weather is getting milder, and the snow mountains on the sides of the road are starting to melt... YEAH SPRING IS COMING!!! Oh and about the job at the nursery, you DO have a choice....I get it that you need another income , I really do... but why not TEACH summer school, or Tutor students privately, or work in a Starbucks.... something without PHYSICAL work.... what about being a Camp Counselor at a YMCA Camp for kids throughout the summer, you'd still be outdoors then... SCIENCE CAMP for kids during the summer... they must CRY for bright people like you... think about alternatives please!!! We worry about you!!!! cause we love you.

I know cause my GF went to Michigan to a BARIX clinic to get hers... as OHIP was so backed up for bariatric surgeries at the time.... so OHIP paid for her to go to Michigan for the Op.. I went with her for moral support... Karla: You arn`t seriously going to go back to work at the Nursery this summer are you??? After all your re-surgeries for pelvic floor issues and hernias... you gotta be kidding right? You must find ANOTHER job !!! I mean it!!! You shouldnt be doing any job where lifting, pushing, planting, or JOGGING is required. You will ruin your body. JMHO but there it is. Morning Peeps! Sunny and cold today.... gotta drive 3 hrs to SIL`s house today... her hubby left her Xmas Eve... (I probalby told you already) any ways HIS father died suddenly... and we are going to the visitation today with SIL (for support) and then the funeral is tomorow. Well, this should be interesting, as I don`t think the Ex`s family want my SIL to come..... oh, my!!!!
