OH Janet, thanks for being the voice of reason... the book is GOOD... I will still have some food left for this evening... as I need to get my protien UP... my calories will be over the top for today, but I want to get my Protien in... so that's o..k. back to basics and Spark People for journaling. Something that I forgot;;;; I have a trigger time while I am DRIVING in the CAR... does anyone have any suggestions for avoiding EATING while I Drive???

Just did a rampage throughout my Kitchen cupboards. I got rid of Icing SUgar, choc chippets, skor chippets, butterscotch chippets... all BAKING supplies. They are all double bagged and in the garage, going to a friends house - some items I had in tupperware and were opened so I couldn't take them to the food BANK which would have been the best place for them. Best of all they will NOT end up on my HIPS, THIGHS, LIPS, BUTTOCKS, GUT or BOOBS.... ah that feels good and empouring... Janet, I am READING the book and DOING the exercises too.

O;k. back from my shopping trip... bought the book...have a nice clean cup of tea in front of me and I am going to READ.... I am not feeling sorry for myself, just MAD at myself for getting into this situation yet again. Karri, you rock on the excersise - you are a model there for us all... Phyl; hugs on the grandson, I know you feel powerless... stiky situation all round

I'm off to Barrie today. Wanna go book shopping.. I have got to get that BECK book. I have a 95% life... I have so much going for me... I've been so blessed... but I keep sabotaging my food plan.. its horrible. I'm up 5 lbs again!!! You gals must be so sick of me... really. This 5% is killing me. I will never get to goal wt if I stay on the course I've been on.... I want to be thin - but I LOVE MY JUNK FOOD... there, I've said it... My lover is food. I am going for a slight de-fil on Thursday as I am having trouble eating GOOD food, getting stuck a lot and cannot eat 1 1/2 cups of SOLID food. So I just am eating crap after crap...last night I was looking up FUDGE recipes... SOmebody pleaaase SHOOT me!!!

Oh Karla; I can totally relate to not being from a BEAVER CLEAVER family...non of us are...perhaps thats why we all overeat!!! Food is MY drug of choice. Can you forgive your Father? It would be the best gift you could give yourself. I beleive our parents did the 'best' that they could raising us... hindsight is always 20/20 .... resentments will only tarnish your soul

Yes GIrl, you need to get over this bug!~ Stay in for a few days and just slouch around... YEAH, We GOT GOLD!!!! Whoo-hoo... last night Alex got it... so wonderful... we came close in the Pairs skating shorts, so we'll see tonight if we can't get a bit closer to GOLD.... I was watching the pairs/short programs last night... gosh the CHINESE are doing SO well, I thought Cda was the best and then WOOSH.... in came the Chinese pair, she is so tiny but gracefull... she deserved it...

Your poor Dad, if it was my Dad I'd tell him it was the end and that it was o.k. to let go... no need for anymore suffering needlessly. He sounds very stoic and loves his family.. that is why he is fighting SO hard. SOmetimes you just gotta give them 'permission'... that's all he's waiting for. Ya, they were awesome... plus we got a new 50" plasma tv. on FRIDAY afternoon.... just in time... to watch it all.... I was so happy that they gave the flag carrying to Hero Canadians... it was great. Watching the downhill Moguls last night...man they are fast....:smile:

Ya, the whole thing was Wonderful!!! Especially Rick Hanson with the FLAME into the stadium at the end.. and of course the GREAT ONE, Wayne Gretzki.... I was surprised though that Celine Dion was not included? That was weird.... The OPERA singer at the end and the French Guy singing sucked but other than that I was Extremly Proud of the whole production... Two weeks of FUN ahead... lets all watch!~~~

I "might" go back to do the odd emergency sickness fill in or a vacation coverage... but that's it... I don't want it back in my life as ROUTINE... O.k. the painting job is finished... looks great... and I have $600 for my Lucky 7 trip in July!!!! Yeah=haw!! Today, I'm making more money... don't kill me ( cause I wanna shoot myself!) I am back at the clinic for one day. My Replacements little Boy is VERY, VERY sick and she asked me if I'd cover her shift for one day.. I coulcn't say no.. I am looking at it like this $100 in my pocket and that's it.. I am not talking to the PIT BULL on the front desk... she is sh1tting per pants that I am even here.... LOL Boss has been WAY TOO NICE, almost syropy.... that's fine.. I can do anything for one day. Food not good last night 3500 cals, and Sunday food was fine but too much Adult bev... which I think set me up for Sugar Craving Monster yester... Karri, I don't know if this information is of any value, but I had a Breast reduction in 1994 and when I had it done my P.Surgeon recommended that I wear a SQUISHING Sports Bra for 6 months, (almost like a chest wrap) before I went back to my usual Underwire. His reasoning was that he severed nerves, blood supply, fat cells, skin and to wear a COMPRESSING bra so that all these tissue fibres could re-attach and heal.. So perhaps that when you ran the other day with the boucing & movement, you may have been tearing 'healing' flesh and new blood vessels (not vessels, but much smaller ) I love you idea to buy your hubby SAKE. Its a nice treat that he would not ordinarily buy for himself right? That's the best kind of gift. I always get my man SCOTCH, single malt- not blended and he is very happy to get it... I don't tell him how much I spent on it... or he wouldn't enjoy it...cause he's SCOT~~~!!!!! get it??? LOL
