Its weird, we had 6 ``of snow here in the beach, But I drove to Collingwood (Elvis) for an appt. and there the grass was still green!!! They had NO snow at all, now its only 15 mins down the road... go figure:unsure: so they probably didn`t get it in Buffalo....(?) I had a skinny carmel Soy latte, it was my treat, and OH so good.... I try to get one when ever I go to Colling3wood...YUM

During the night we had 6 inches of SNOW FALL.... it slid off the Steel roof and made a WHOMP sound when it hit the ground... Had to go out into the garage find my snow scraper for my car!!! Had to clear 6 " of snow off my car before I could go out to an appt.... OH MY GOSH... what happened to our Indian Summer!!!! The sun is shining HARD right now and as I look outside it is BRIGHT and white... the leaves that I hadn't gotten around to raking up... are now buryied... so I don't have to look at them and think, ahg,, gotta get out there and rake them into bags... I hate that part about fall... it just reminds me that the WINTER is to come... Big black fluffy squirrel just zoomed past my window, he's jumping from tree to tree... PHyl: SO glad Earl is feeling better :w00t: and no pain, that's wonderful... You'.ll call this op a success then... I love KFC too, but don't have it very often... I am more of a SUGAR hound... Morning Ladies; Cold and damp here today, and I think I caught a bug at the hospital yest... or it was a bug that was just lurking in me anyways... Chest sore, crud coming up.. glands all swollen...yuk I called my Family Doc, for a rx of Tamiflu... but she says it sounds more like an infection than FLU... so she want s to see me at 1 pm probably need antibiotics.... But otherwise its a GREAT DAY ABOVE THE GRASS!!! and I am going to enjoy it!! Making plans for March is definetly uplifting for the spirits... anytime I can SEE my 7`s in the FLESH is cause for excitement!!!! :scared2: :wink2: :biggrin:

Just finished our music rehearsal :huh2: It was horrible, ending were bad, John couldn`t remember where he was to c ome in (and stay out) argh!!! hopefully we have a nother practice FRIDAY before the Sunday gig. Dropped a couple of songs (ones that I liked too :mad:) Cause John says they are not ready for Primetime Viewing yet....:cursing: Leaving in a few to sleep over at my GF house... she just had Pelvic floor surge, and tomorrow her hubby is having SPINAL surgery down in T.O. so I am going to drive them... but gotta get up at 3 a.m to leave in plenty of time .... his surg. is 6 a.m. I am picking up Swiss Chalet chicken on the way

Hi Ladies: Well, been a busy couple of days.... defleeing the house! Sheesh, what a job, vacumming, spraying, washing dogs... then today Floors... Also put away the TRUCK/CAMPER today for the winter, had to take out the batteries, and wrap it in the BIGGEST Tarp I have ever seen.!!! Luckily Peter was able to back it into the backyard so I can see if from my deck all winter and CRY!!!!! LOL HUgs Karla on all that school work, you are one determined lady.... ya, and keep on saving your $10 a week for our JULY trip... wherever that is???? It will still be fun... pPerhaps this year we should all go EAST>???? Wisconcin or NEW YORK CITY...??? how about that? We could rent a house on Long Island or Martha Vineyard??? huh, whadayathink???? Geez and I thought I was safe at home:wink: This blk of the month stared in Sept, it costs $20 to join, and if you show up each month with your previous months block completed you get the current mo's block material and instructions for free, you have to stay after class for 30 mins to hear her sales Speil, then you are free to go.. and be back next mo. with your blk completed. At the end of the year you have 12 blks, enough to make a quilt top... all for $20... so its a good deal, but if you miss a class.. it costs you a penalty of $10... its fun and there are 3 of us going together.. so we yak our faces off in the car.
