I made the casserole last night and it was scrumptious!!! There are no leftovers!!! It was a hit at my house! Thanks for sharing this one! I used FF Townhouse/Butter Crackers instead and northern beans, because I didn't have black beans on hand! It was wonderful!

Oh, had to say, made the Squash Casserole last evening, not sure who posted that one, but wow, yummy!!! It was a hit at my house and there are no leftovers!!! LOL, gotta try the rest of them! My problem is I forget to write down the ingredients when I go to the store and then I am guessing as to what I need!!!! So gonna try that! Want to try the one with Butternut Squash too, but haven't found a Butternut Squash to buy yet and garden did lousy this year! Be lucky to get a few peppers and tomatoes out of it!!! Everything died off, too much rain, and not enough sun, and rather chilly temps!!! So, garden isn't panning out, lol!

Dini, We use degrees and Fahrenheit!!! Rarely, Celsius!!! But occasionally you will hear that one too! Your winters aren't that warm either then!!!! Hope you are having a great day! Oh, and love Florida, but no desire for hurricanes or tornadoes!!!! Those are just nasty! At least, with snow, you usually know it's coming and usually everything around her comes to a screeching halt!!! Plus, if you stay indoors and at home, you can just wait it out, might lose power, but otherwise, not such a biggie! Just tough traveling, but if you can stay home, you are relatively safe, if you can keep yourself warm, lol!!! But it is really rough on the elderly that have to try to clear their driveways and sidewalks! There are always heart attacks as the result of that one and tons of highway accidents!!!

Then, Christy, you will definitely have to come visit me in the winter months! I will definitely find you some snow, lol! I'll send you all you can handle, lol! How 'bouts a couple of feet, lol????? 3 or 4, just for effect, lol!!!! This dang computer keeps tossing me out, so don't be surprised if I disappear again!!! I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the repairman to fix my newer one!!! I am sure he will want to come a day when I can't be here, just how it always works, lol! Did you get a day off? Dini, It is hot here today, approaching 90!!! Woohoo, definite pool day and my honey fixed the pool last night when he came home!!! Just a quick note to say, Hi to all! My computer isn't working worth SH*T!!!! Lynette, not pleased with this!!! LOL, it is soooo slow I am going to scream!!! It is the old one, still waiting for the parts for the new one, yikes!!!! So not sure how much I will be able to get on today! Gotta run out and get a pump for the pool! My hubby says check into a new one ... either inground or another above ground. Ours is a 24' round, and it is nice, but it is 20 years old! Chim and Laurend, That is where I am right now, I am able to eat anything except tough or grisly meats, so I am trying to eat healthy foods. Trying to make the right choices, but I do think getting to the solid food stages, though nice, do slow down the weight loss a lot!!! I was losing much quicker on the liquid diets! Cazulay, You will win that war!!! We are all dealing with the same demons!!! Not going to get rid of a lifetime of thoughts in a few days or weeks! This is going to be a lifetime of choices! Hang in there! Maybe put cheese on one of your liquified meals, might curb the Cheetos craving!!! Not sure if you are allowed cheese, but I was allowed anything that could go through a straw.

Laurend, you did really well! Sounds like a wonderful vacation! Hard to come back after being away like that! But once you are home, it feels pretty good too! We are glad you are back! My weight loss, by the way, is stagnant! No change for me again! Getting a bit depressing!!!

My oldest daughter? She lives about 2 hours away now, she lives in her fiance's apartment, while he is working 2 and a half hours away from there. He got the job, leased the apartment, they moved him to work somewhere else, so now she is working there and living in his empty apartment til the wedding. They are looking for a house, but everything is soooo expensive! My 21 year old still lives at home and has another 1 and a half years of college to go.

Hey, if it is true, must be said!!!! He should do his share! If he isn't working (not sure if he is or not), but if not, he should be cleaning and cooking and taking care of the baby too! Fair is fair and not fair for you to do it all!

Chim, Isn't it strange how some of us aren't hungry and some are??? I don't get it, exact same surgeries, but completely different results early on! I guess it will level out, but just amazes me! Don't feel bad about the ice cream ... that's a little thing ... I had yogurt one night last week and it was divine!!! LOL Sure made me feel better, lol!

Nicole went to Rome and several other places on her spring break ... I think Florence, Paris,Germany, not sure what others, but like 9 different places ... and she loved them all!!! She went with another boy she knew and they backpacked and hopped trains and planes and went all over the place for two weeks!!! Her pictures are beautiful!!! I would love to go to these places! I believe it was Florence that she said she would like to go back to. I will have to check next time I talk to her, she already left to go back home til next weekend.
